From Dialogue to Empowerment: IHRM Participates in the Syrian Youth Forum in Damascus
In response to a kind official invitation, the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) participated in the “Syrian Youth Forum,” which was launched at Damascus University. The event was attended by His Excellency the Governor of Damascus, Mr. Maher Marwan Al-Adlbi, and the Advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Fouad Al-Sayed Issa.
This participation aligns with IHRM’s vision to contribute to the development of the National Strategy for Syrian Youth. We believe that building the future begins with understanding the challenges facing young people and fostering direct dialogue with them.
During the forum, we were introduced to the innovative ideas presented by the youth, which we see as a true reflection of the aspirations of Syrian talent.
