The Human Resources Management Foundation, represented by its Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Munir Abbas, and its staff, was honored to attend the interactive meeting of the BYTES 4 FUTURE program, funded by the Aga Khan Foundation in Syria. The meeting celebrated the program’s achievements during 2025, the graduation of a new cohort of programmers, and the launch of a new journey with the 2026 cohort. During the event, Dr. Abbas expressed his gratitude to the Aga Khan Foundation and those responsible for this pioneering program, which focuses on empowering young people in the world of information technology, equipping them with the technical and soft skills necessary to enter the job market. The Human Resources Management Foundation was among the first institutions to train the program’s initial cohorts in the most in-demand employment skills and to ensure that graduates’ resumes reach employers.
Dr. Abbas pledged the program’s full support to ensure that the new cohort of graduates finds suitable positions in the job market and to provide full cooperation with future cohorts, all in service of the Syrian youth who are shaping the future of a new Syria. Many thanks to the Aga Khan Foundation and the Bytes 4 Future program.
