More than 65 companies, over 20,000 job opportunities, and approximately 7,000 visitors over two days… These figures capture the scale of Job Gate 5 and reflect the tremendous efforts made to connect talented individuals with the job market.

But our achievement went beyond bringing companies and job seekers together under one roof. It extended beyond the event itself through continued communication with companies and follow-ups with candidates, with the aim of turning available opportunities into real steps toward employment.

At the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), we believe that true success does not end when the event concludes. It continues through our ongoing efforts to turn its outcomes into lasting impact.
