Your Complete Guide to Joining the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)

The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) continues to welcome membership applications across various professional and academic categories.

Explore this post to learn more about the membership requirements, categories, and complete application process.

Membership Categories:

Professional (HRM Professional): For individuals with over 5 years of professional experience, university teaching experience in HRM courses for at least 3 years, or full-time HR consultants and trainers with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
General (HRM General): For HR practitioners with 2 years or more of experience, but less than 5 years.
Associate: For individuals from other academic and professional backgrounds who are interested in the field of Human Resource Management.
Student: For university students and those interested in pursuing a career in HR.

How to Apply:

Complete the online membership application form through the institute’s official website.
Attach your CV (in Arabic or English), along with a recent personal photograph.
Once the application has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Trustees, complete the required supporting documents and submit them to the institute’s office.
