In cooperation with the Syrian Private University – Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the Human Resources Management Foundation organized a scientific and educational trip for students to Katakit Company. The trip was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, the Vice Deans for Administrative and Academic Affairs, department heads, the Director of International Cooperation, and 45 students from all departments within the faculty, including Accounting, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Finance and Banking, and Business Administration. Katakit Company’s management warmly welcomed the students, and a team from the company accompanied them throughout the trip. They explained all aspects of production, packaging, marketing, branding, and how the company recruits staff. They also discussed the selection, training, and development opportunities available to employees, as well as the company’s commitment to providing training opportunities for students and graduates of Syrian private and public universities, with priority given to students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences for on-the-job training leading to employment. The company staff answered the students’ questions in detail. The entire trip was filmed for documentation purposes by the company. At the end of the trip, Katakit generously presented gifts of company products to all the students and faculty members. The students had a wonderful impression of the national company’s products, which make every Syrian citizen feel proud and encourage them to consume a long-established product and a brand name that has been around for generations and continues to develop itself to maintain its distinguished position.
