In cooperation between the Human Resources Management Foundation and the Miras Development Charity Foundation, Dr. Munir Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Human Resources Management Foundation, presented a workshop entitled “Fundamentals of Management” for school principals in various sectors. The workshop covered the fundamentals of management, and the trainees were divided into teams, each tasked with solving an administrative problem, starting with planning, then organizing, then leading and directing, and finally monitoring and evaluating.
