بحضور الدكتور رئيس جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية، وبالتعاون مع الجامعة السورية الخاصة/ كلية إدارة الأعمال، وبالتنسيق مع فرع الإتحاد الوطني لطلبة سورية في كلية إدارة الأعمال في الجامعة السورية الخاصة.قدّم المدرّب: عماد الدين المصري دورة تدريبية بعنوان “ريادة الأعمال” في مقر جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية.حيث استمرت هذه الورشة على مدار ثلاثة أيامتمّ الحديث بها عن أهمية ريادة الأعمال والمعوقات التي تواجه الطالب الجامعي في إطلاق مشروعه الخاص، وتمّ الحديث عن أساسيات التخطيط وكتابة الخطط، وتحدّث المدرب أيضاً عن بناء نموذج العمل التجاري بمكوناته التسعة،وتطبيق تحليل SWOT بالإضافة لمناقشة العديد من الأفكار والمشاريع الريادية الناجحة.
