ورشة عمل تطوعية بعنوان : “مهارات الدخول إلى سوق العمل”

بالتعاون بين جمعية ادارة الموارد البشرية #IHRM و منظمة #UNRWA مركز تدريب دمشق DTC قدم #الدكتور_منير_عباس ورشة عمل تطوعية بعنوان : “مهارات الدخول إلى سوق العمل” يوم الأربعاء 12/1/2022 في#مقرجمعيةإدارة_الموارد_البشرية#مركز_تدريب_وتطوير_الكفاءات المزة _طلعة الإسكان جانب دائرة الامتحانات.قدم خلالها مقدمة عن جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية والخدمات التي تقدمها للطلاب والباحثين عن عمل وشروط الانتساب لها وورشات عملها ومنصات التوظيف المجانية التي تقدمها.ثم تحدث عن أهم وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية وآليات تطبيقها في الشركات الخاصة وبشكل خاص التوظيف وتقييم الأداء والتدريبثم تحدث عن كتابة السيرة الذاتية وأهم النقاط التي يجب أن ينبته لها الباحثين عن عمل عند كتابتها باللغتين الانكليزية والعربية.كما قدم الدكتور عباس مهارات الدخول التي يهتم بها أصحاب العمل في الخريجين الجدد وأهمها مهارات التواصل والحوار ومهارات العمل بفريق ومهارات التطور الشخصي ومهارات تقديم الذات واستخدام أنظمة الحاسب السحابية. كما قدم أهم المهارات التي يتوجب على إدارة الموارد البشرية العمل عليها في بيئة العمل عن بعد والأزمات مثل COVID19 وكيفية مراقبة أداء العاملين عن بعد والتواصل الفعال في بيئة افتراضية.وفي النهاية أجاب الدكتور عباس عن أسئلة الحضور وتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح واللقاء في المستقبل القريب في ورشة عمل أخرى في مقر الجمعية.
