With great pride, the Human Resources Management Foundation participated in organizing a specialized workshop entitled “Recruitment and Strategic Planning” on December 22, 2025.
This workshop was held in cooperation with the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Syrian Private University, with the active participation of Syriatel, and in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Professor Dr. Samar Habib, Dr. Munir Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Human Resources Management Foundation, members of the Board of Directors, and a number of students interested in the fields of human resources management and strategic planning.
This workshop stems from our firm belief at the Human Resources Management Foundation in the importance of integrating academic education with practical application, and in the role of institutional partnerships in preparing qualified young professionals capable of keeping pace with the changing demands of the labor market. We are also committed to supporting initiatives that contribute to developing managerial skills, enhancing strategic thinking, and establishing a culture of effective planning within institutions.
The workshop’s themes, including practical experiences and applied models, provided students with a genuine opportunity to learn about the latest practices in recruitment and human resource management, and to understand the mechanisms for aligning strategic planning with organizational needs. This enhances their professional readiness and opens up promising future prospects for them.
We value this constructive partnership with the Syrian Private University and Syriatel, and reaffirm our ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that invest in people, build capabilities, and contribute to preparing a conscious and qualified generation that effectively contributes to national development and building a more sustainable future.
Together, we believe in competence, create opportunities, and build a nation worthy of its people’s aspirations.
