A rich and inspiring educational trip to Indomie Company ✨

On December 24th, as part of enhancing practical experience and connecting academic concepts with real-world application, the Human Resources Management Foundation organized an educational trip for the students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at the Syrian Private University to the Indomie factory.

This visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to closely observe work inside one of the major industrial companies and to understand the role of human resources in organizing work and improving performance. It contributed to expanding the students’ professional and academic horizons.

We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff of Indomie Company for their warm welcome, elegant organization, and the valuable information they provided, as well as for their cooperation in making this distinguished educational visit a success, which left a clearly positive impact on the students.
