IHRM launched the program of workshops and trainings of the HR Month in cooperation with Business Clinic. HR Month is considered one of the most important activities of IHRM to promote the culture and the correct HR practices in Syrian Society. HR Month takes place by the participation of IHRM professional members and volunteers. HR Month lasted till June 20th, 2013 and it covered the most important and the majority of HRM functions and best practices including; HR as a Strategic Partner, How to Write CV, Job Interview, Career Planning, Job Description, Compensation and Benefits System, Performance Evaluation System, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and other important subjects
