IHRM launched “Employment Skills” programs from the beginning of year 2013 and continues all the year around in cooperation with Career Management Center and other centers that offer their services out of charge to the Syrian society. These programs include workshops and presentations customized for the employment market and mainly directed to the students and graduates of Syrian public and private universities. They aim to prepare the job seekers of the graduates of the Syrian universities and institutions with the required employment skills including; how to write CV, career planning, choosing the right job, passing the job interview, communications skills, training and development and other skills.  The trainers and presenters are the IHRM professional members and volunteers. Each month program is prepared and published on the websites and social media of the IHRM and the cooperating centers, with enough time that allow trainees to register
