أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية ثاني ورشاتها التدريبية تحت عنوان “فن التفاوض” والتي قدمها الأستاذ فراس نخلة لمتطوعي المؤسسة بتاريخ 11/4/2023.
تركزت محاور الورشة حول معنى التفاوض وأنواعه وأساليبه، كما تناول الأستاذ نخلة صفات المفاوض الناجح، مؤكداً على أن التفاوض مهارة يستطيع الإنسان اكتسابها من خلال الاهتمام بمهارات التواصل الشخصية وتنميتها.
يُذكر أن هذه الورشة تأتي ضمن برنامج “بناء قدرات المتطوعين” الذي أطلقته المؤسسة لمتطوعيها في التاسع من نيسان الجاري ويستمر ضمن سلسلة متنوعة من الورشات التدريبية التي تغطي مواضيع مختلفة.
