● أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية ورشة تدريبية بعنوان “التخطيط الشخصي” في تاريخ 9/4/2023 والتي قدمها الأستاذ أحمد المعسعس ضمن برنامج بناء قدرات المتطوعين.
● حيث تم الحديث عن أهمية التخطيط في حياة الفرد والتركيز على بعض النصائح التي تساعد في تحليل قدرات الفرد الشخصية واستثمارها في تحقيق الأهداف بالإضافة لكيفية وضع أهداف SMART.
● وتعد هذه الورشة التدريبية؛ أولى الورشات التي تقدمها المؤسسة لمتطوعيها على أن تليها سلسلة متنوعة من الورشات والتدريبات التي ستتمحور حول مجالات ومهارات عدة.
