💫يُعتبر الذكاء العاطفي منارة لفهم الذات و التعامل مع الآخرين، وانطلاقاً من ذلك أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية ورشة تدريبية بعنوان ” الذكاء العاطفي ” ، قدمتها المدربة وسام المعراوي بتاريخ 16/5/2023.
💫 حيث بدأت المدربة جلستها بالتعريف عن الذكاء وأنواعه، وذلك بهدف تكوين فكرة عن الذكاء العاطفي ، و من ثم طرحت مجموعة من الأسئلة الجوهرية للوعي بالذات، وبعدها قامت بالتعريف عن مصفوفة جو هاري ، لتختم الجلسة بطرح أمثلة محاكية للواقع وتناقشها مع الحضور.
💫ويذكر أن هذه الورشة من سلسة ورشات لبناء قدرات المتطوعين التي أطلقتها مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية دعماً لهم
