❓هل كل مدير هو قائد؟ وكل قائد هو مؤثر بالضرورة ؟
⭕ يرتبط لقب المدير عادة بالتحصيل العلمي ومجموعة القدرات والمؤهلات وتراكم الخبرات المُكتبسة للفرد، بينما لا ينحصر لقب القائد المؤثر في المناصب الإدارية أو المستويات الوظيفية التي يحصل عليها الفرد، بل هو الفرد الذي لديه القدرة على التأثير والإلهام وتحويل الرؤية إلى واقع ملموس.
❓ هل صفات القائد المؤثر مُكتبسة أو فطرية؟
