Prof. Dr. Amr Sadeq Discusses CV Reengineering for Employment at Job Gate 5

During the fifth edition of the Job Gate Employment Fair, Prof. Dr. Amr Sadeq, Chief Human Resources Officer at Katakit Group and Head of Human Resources in Syria and Jordan, delivered a lecture titled:

“CV Reengineering for Employment” ⚙️

The lecture explored the concept of rebuilding a CV to align with the requirements of the modern labor market, focusing on how to present experience and skills more clearly and effectively to employers, transforming the CV from a simple presentation of information into a professional tool that helps candidates access job opportunities.

Dr. Amr also presented a range of ideas related to CV writing techniques and highlighted the importance of showcasing competencies, experience, and achievements in a way that aligns with the nature of the target position and the requirements of employers.

The lecture addressed the key points job seekers should consider when preparing their CVs, helping them present a comprehensive professional profile that reflects their true value in the labor market.
