This is the title of our lecture with Mr. Nazeer Al-Ghabra , who is a Human Resources specialist and a Corporate Culture consultant with extensive experience, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
He has broad experience in leading People and Culture departments, most recently at Tradinos and BeOrder companies. His expertise focuses on designing performance management systems using the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology and comprehensive 360° evaluations.
He is skilled in all stages of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to enhancing engagement through data-driven strategies. As an independent consultant, he has developed job structures and HR policies for various sectors, including startups and government entities.
Nazeer excels in talent development through specialized training programs in areas such as leadership and crucial conversations.
