The Human Resources Management Foundation, in cooperation with the Syrian Private University, presented a training workshop entitled “Capacity Building in Strategic Planning” which included how to prepare (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategic Plan, Implementation Plan, Risk Matrix).


In cooperation with the Human Resources Management Foundation and the Syrian Private University (SPU), Dr. Munir Abbas (Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences) presented a training workshop entitled “Capacity Building in Strategic Planning.” The workshop, held on Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Faculty of Pharmacy auditorium, was attended by the President of SPU, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Hussein, the Vice President, Professor Dr. Arwa Khair, the deans and vice deans of the seven faculties, heads of academic departments, and central directors. The workshop covered how to prepare a vision, mission, objectives, strategic plan, implementation plan, and risk matrix.
