🔵🔹بالتعاون بين منظمة الصحة العالمية #WHO ومؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية #IHRM تم إطلاق مشروع “رفع الوعي حول منع سوء السلوك الجنسي في مكان العمل”
Raising Awareness on Preventing Sexual Misconduct in the Workplace (PSEA)
🔵🔹وقد قام فريق #PSEA في #WHO بالتعريف بسياسة واستراتيجية منظمة الصحة العالمية الخاصة بمنع سوء السلوك الجنسي وتدريب فريق المؤسسة على المفاهيم الأساسية والمبادئ وآلية تطوير سياسات وإجراءات منع سوء السلوك الجنسي واستغلال السلطة في مكان العمل.
🔵🔹هذا المشروع يهدف إلى زيادة الوعي الاجتماعي حول ظاهرة الاستغلال والانتهاك والتحرش الجنسي واستغلال السلطة في بيئة العمل في ستة محافظات (حلب، اللاذقية، حماه، حمص، دمشق، ريف دمشق) من خلال تمكين العاملين في المسؤولية المجتمعية والإغاثة وفي إدارة الموارد البشرية والمديرين من تطوير السياسات والإجراءات التي تحظر سوء السلوك الجنسي واستغلال السلطة داخل مؤسساتهم في مختلف القطاعات لمنع هذه الممارسات في بيئة العمل.
🔵🔹حيث سيتم تدريب مدربين وتنفيذ سلسلة ورشات عمل تدريبية في مكان العمل لتمكين العاملين الذين تم ترشيحهم من قبل منظماتهم في مختلف القطاعات “الخاص – العام – الأهلي” على وضع وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات لمنع سوء السلوك الجنسي واستغلال السلطة في أماكن عملهم ومحيطها.
