In collaboration with the Human Resources Management Foundation and the Junior Chamber International (JCI), a workshop entitled “Skills for Entering the Labor Market” was presented for people with hearing disabilities.


In collaboration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Junior Chamber International (JCI), a workshop titled “Skills for Entering the Job Market” was presented by Dr. Munir Abbas.

Based on our belief in the importance of inclusion and providing learning opportunities for all, this workshop was specifically designed for individuals with hearing impairments. Its aim was to equip them with the necessary skills to enter the job market and enhance their professional readiness, in line with the principle of equal opportunities and the empowerment of all members of society.

The workshop covered the most important skills needed by job seekers, introduced the requirements of the job market, and focused on developing personal and professional skills to help participants confidently and effectively prepare to launch their careers.

This initiative aligns with the IHRM’s mission to support professional empowerment, promote equal opportunities, and build effective community partnerships that contribute to a positive and sustainable impact.
