In collaboration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Syrian Virtual University, Dr. Munir Abbas, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, presented a unique interactive workshop addressing the most important skills and requirements for entering the job market. The workshop targeted students in the BSCM Business Administration Program.

This event was distinguished by being the first in-person meeting between the Institute and Syrian Virtual University students. The focus was on bridging the gap between academic knowledge and the demands of the job market, enhancing students’ readiness for their future careers.
