● حيث بدأ الدكتور عباس حديثه بالتعريف عن السياسات والإجراءات والعلاقة بينهما، بالإضافة إلى تبيان أنواع السياسات وخطوات إعدادها، وكذلك محتويات وأقسام الإجراء، كما تم إيضاح كيفية علاج بعض المشاكل المحتملة في العمل من خلال السياسات والإجراءات.
