🔷 أصبحت الإدارة الفعالة للمشاريع أحد الأعمدة الأساسية التي يُبنى عليها نجاح أي عمل ، وفي هذا السياق؛ أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية، ورشة تدريبية بعنوان “إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية” والتي قدمتها المهندسة كوثر هرملاني في تاريخ 11/5/2023.
🔷 تناولت الجلسة تعريف عن امتحان PMP ومن ثم التعريف بمكونات الإدارة والمشروع وكيفية تنفيذه، كما ذكرت المدربة هرملاني مسؤوليات مدير المشروع متضمنة علاقته مع أصحاب المصلحة وفهم احتياجاتهم ، وكانت الجلسة تفاعلية باحتوائها على أنشطة تدريبية لكيفية تحضير مشروع.
🔷 وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن برنامج بناء قدرات المتطوعين المستمر ضمن سلسلة من الورشات التدريبية المتنوعة والغنية.
