Empowering syrias workforce with Ai after sanctions


ختام البرنامج التدريبي بالورشة الرابعة لبناء قدرات سوق العمل الريادية بعنوان ” مهارات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمحترفي الأعمال والموارد البشرية في سوريا ما بعد رفع العقوبات” ✨
نظّمت مؤسسة ادارة الموارد البشرية وبالتعاون مع الجامعة السورية الخاصة ـ كلية العلوم الإدارية الورشة الرابعة والأخيرة من البرنامج التدريبي لبناء قدرات سوق العمل الريادية بعنوان: ” مهارات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمحترفي الأعمال والموارد البشرية في سوريا ما بعد رفع العقوبات”
قدّمها الدكتور سامر سامي المستشار الرئيسي في إدارة الموارد البشرية وتطوير المنظمات لدى شركة (سامي للاستشارات ) في طوكيو، اليابان.وبحضور السيدة عميدة الكلية، والسادة النواب للشؤون العلمية والإدارية ، ومديرية العلاقات العامة ورؤساء الأقسام ومديرية شؤون الطلبة، ومشاركة الطلبة المهتمين بتطوير مهاراتهم المهنية من كافة كليات الجامعة السورية الخاصة في مدرج التجمع.
افتتح الورشة رئيس مجلس أمناء مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية بتقديم العزاء لشهداء الحادث الإرهابي “تفجير كنيسة مار الياس” وتمنى بإسم إدارة المؤسسة وأعضائها ومتطوعيها، الرحمة لروح شهداء التفجير الإرهابي والصبر والسلوان لأهاليهم وأحبائهم.
وأكد على أن استمرار البرنامج هو تأكيد على استمرار الحياة وتعبير عن حب السوريون للحياة والمحبة والبناء والتطوير.
وشكر الدكتور عباس السادة الحضور من الطلبة والكوادر الإدارية وبشكل خاص إدارة الجامعة السورية الخاصة ممثلةً برئيس الجامعة أ.د. عبد الرزاق حسين لاهتمام الجامعة باستضافة كل الكوادر المهنية الاحترافية لتقديم ورشات عمل تنقل الطلاب إلى التطبيق العملي في سوق العمل وهذا الهدف الأساسي من الورشات الأربع التي قدمها نخبة من المدربين والمحترفين في اختصاصاتهم خلال الشهرين الماضيين، كما شكر عمادة كلية العلوم الإدارية لحضورها الكامل لورشات العمل والاهتمام المتميز بطلاب الكلية وتأهيلهم وتطويرهم وشكر كوادر المؤسسة ومتطوعيها لعملهم المتميز التطوعي وبالنهاية توجه بالشكر الجزيل للدكتور سامر سامي المدرب المحترف لتقديمه هذه الورشة التطوعية وشكر الطلاب الذين حضروا واهتموا بتطوير مهاراتهم كل ورشات العمل وصولاً لنهاية البرنامج.
تضمنت الورشة عدة محاور أهمها:
* أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي في الأعمال والإدارة.
* الكفاءات الأساسية للذكاء الاصطناعي المطلوبة في الموارد البشرية.
* استراتيجيات لبناء وتعزيز كفاءات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمحترفي الموارد البشرية.
* خطة تطوير كفاءات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمحترفي الموارد البشرية.
تأتي هذه الورشة ضمن مساعي الجامعة المستمرة لتمكين طلابها من تحقيق التميز في حياتهم المهنية، وهي من ضمن سلسلة من الورشات التي كانت تقام كل يوم اثنين الساعة 11:30 في الجامعة السورية الخاصة وبإدارة عدد من المدربين المحترفين في موضوعات ريادية تحاكي متطلبات سوق العمل.
