تحدثت به عن أنواع الهياكل التنظيمية، وكيفية وضع سياسات الموارد البشرية، بالإضافة إلى التخطيط الإستراتيجي وعلاقته بتخطيط الموارد البشرية.


و خلال الجلسة ناقشت المدربة غادة حرفوش مع المتدربين تجارب من واقع العمل وقدمت بعض الأمثلة العلمية والعملية.
