■ نماذج التحليل والتوصيف الوظيفي

■ مصفوفة الكفاءات ومواصفات شاغل الوظيفة

■ كيفية تطويرها من خلال مهام الوظيفة.

□ كما قام المتدربون بتطبيق أمثلة عملية عن كيفية تعبئة استبيانات التحليل والتوصيف الوظيفي من واقع وظائف حقيقية. واختتم اليوم الرابع بالإجابة عن أسئلة المتدربين وتوزيع نماذج التقييم للمدربين لمعرفة رأي المتدربين وملاحظاتهم حول المحور الأول من محاور برنامج مقدمة في إدارة الموارد البشرية.
