The Syrian Development Organization, through its #DamascusYouth program, in cooperation with the Human Resources Management Foundation, is offering a workshop as part of Human Resources Month entitled:

Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

About the trainer, #Wissam_Maaraoui:

– A human development trainer specializing in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and emotional intelligence, and a trainer of thinking skills for youth.

– She has been working in training since 2014 and is certified in training and consulting by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA).

Workshop topics include:

1- The importance and concept of emotional intelligence in the workplace.

2- Self-awareness and managing emotions.

3- Emotional intelligence and professional relationships.

4- Applying emotional intelligence in work situations.
