The Human Resources Management Foundation participated in an event for people with disabilities entitled “On Stage We Shine,” organized by the Ministry of Culture at the Abu Rummaneh Cultural Center in cooperation with the Naqa’a Al Quloub Association.
You can’t help but participate, embrace, and feel helpless in the face of the determination of people with disabilities. Without caring for them and their needs, development will remain incomplete. Many thanks to the wonderful head of the association, Hanan Al Rahim.
You are the ones who are capable, and we are powerless before your will. This event is not just an occasion; it is a demonstration of determination, will, and hope that plants meaning in reality. People with disabilities participated alongside a group of young women who support education and comprehensive empowerment. This took place on February 5, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
