اختتام تدريب مدخل إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية

● اختتمت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية تدريبها النوعي “مدخل إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية” بتاريخ 15/4/2023.
○ حيث تابع الأستاذ أسامة لازيني في آخر جلساتها؛ حديثه عن التعويضات والمزايا، ومن أبرز النقاط التي تم تقديمها هي خطة الحوافز المالية، وزيادة الجدارة في الأداء، بالإضافة لكيفية حساب المكآفات السنوية، وحوافز المبيعات، والمزايا المقدمة للموظفين، وكذلك خطط تقاسم الأرباح، وجدول الرواتب الشهري .
● وفي نهاية التدريب وبحضور د. منير عباس – رئيس مجلس أمناء المؤسسة – تم توزيع شهادات الحضور على المتدربين.
○ يذكر بأن تدريب “مدخل إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية” قد استمر لمدة 55 ساعة تدريبية، تعرف خلالها المتدربين على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشرية مع تطبيق عملي عليها، بالإضافة إلى بعض نقاط قانون العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
