✨ استكمالا لتدريبها النوعي ولليوم الثالث والأخير .. اختتمت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية تدريب “المبادرات المجتمعية” الذي قدمه المدرب المميز أ. فراس حمادة بتاريخ 17/4/2023.
✨ حيث قدم المدرب في اليوم الختامي طرق تحليل القدرات المتوافرة لكل مبادرة وأيضا كيفية استخدام شجرة المشكلات والغايات للوصول إلى جذور الأسباب المعبرة عن حاجات المجتمع وعن الأثر المترتب عنها.
✨ كما قدم المدرب شرحاً مفصلاً عن مصفوفة الإطار المنطقي التي تعد ركيزة أساسية لتخطيط أي مبادرة ومايتبعها من ملحقات كجدول الجهات المعنية وجدول الأنشطة وجدول المخاطر وجدول الموازنة.
