The Importance of Psychological Tests for Talent and Employers

During the fifth edition of the Job Gate Career Fair, Mr. Hassan Baydoun, Founder and Director of the Wazzifni platform, trainer, and Human Resources Management Specialist, delivered a lecture titled:

“The Importance of Psychological Tests for Talent and Employers”

The lecture addressed the role of psychological tests in recruitment processes and their importance in helping talent and employers gain a more comprehensive understanding of abilities, traits, and skills, supporting more accurate career-related decisions.

It also discussed the importance of using psychological assessment tools in talent attraction and selection processes, and linking assessment results to job requirements and the nature of the work environment, helping achieve a better fit between candidates and career opportunities.

Mr. Hassan Baydoun shared some of his experience in human resources management, organizational planning and development, as well as his experience in digital entrepreneurship and career consulting across multiple sectors, most notably technology and industry.

The lecture witnessed active audience engagement and discussions on the importance of assessment tools in identifying talent and understanding strengths and abilities, as well as their role in developing recruitment and human resources management practices.
