Amr Al-Sayed Al-Lahham on the Skills Needed to Join Digital Startups at Job Gate 5

During the fifth edition of the Job Gate Employment Fair, Mr. Amr Al-Sayed Al-Lahham, Marketing Manager at Labib Educational Platform and Marketing and Media Manager at Job Gate 5, delivered a lecture titled:

“Skills for Entering Digital Startups”

The lecture explored the key skills needed by job seekers pursuing career opportunities in digital startups, focusing on the nature of the work environment in this sector, its evolving requirements, and the importance of possessing skills that help individuals integrate and grow within a rapidly expanding work environment.

It also addressed the role of management skills, project management, marketing, communication, and customer service, alongside the importance of personal marketing in strengthening an individual’s professional presence and showcasing their abilities to startups.

The lecture witnessed active engagement from attendees and discussions about the opportunities available in digital startups and the skills job seekers can develop to meet the needs of this type of company.

This lecture is part of Job Gate 5, which aims to connect talent with labor market requirements and highlight career paths and professional skills that keep pace with the latest transformations in the workplace.
