ورشتين تدريبيتين نوعيتين الأولى بعنوان” أساسيات البحث العملي” والثانية بعنوان “كتابة التقارير الإدارية” ولمدة ستة ساعات تدريبية متواصلة يوم السبت 16 نيسان 2022 في مركز تدريب وتطوير الكفاءات في مقر الجمعية
حيث كان الحضور مجموعة من متطوعي الجمعية ادارة الموارد البشرية ومتطوعي الجمعية الشركسية وباحثين مهتمين وموظفين إدارييين ومهتمين.وكان من اهم المحاور التي دربها الدكتور #منير_عباس
مكونات البحث العلمي وطريقة كتابة مشكلة البحث وصياغة الفرضيات و كتابة الدراسات السابقة وتوثيق المراجع باستخدام الطريقة الأمريكية APA
كما قدم في ورشة العمل الثانية “كتابة التقارير الإدارية” أنواع التقارير ومكوناتها الأساسية وكان التدريب عملي باستخدام أسلوب التعلم من خلال العمل وتم استعراض نماذج تقارير لمشاريع تعاون مع منظمات دولية ومالذي يكتب بها وأيضا كيفية بناء مقترح Proposal من قبل الجمعيات الأهلية للحصول على منح مالية. وفي نهاية الورشة التدريبية تم الإجابة على أسئلة المتدربين
