قدمت الأستاذة #سوزان_القزاز ورشة عمل بعنوان #المراسلات_التجارية 📧
وذلك يوم السبت 4/6/2022 في مركز تدريب وتطوير الكفاءات التابع لجمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية.
🔹 تم خلال الورشة التطرق لقواعد المراسلات التجارية المتعلقة بكيفية التعريف عن نفسك؛ بالإضافة إلى ذكر دلالات الألوان وعلامات الترقيم عند كتابة الرسائل الإلكترونية؛ كما تمت الإشارة إلى أهمية انتقاء المفردات وذلك لكونها الأساس في المراسلات الفعّالة والناجحة.
وفي ختام الورشة تم تقديم نصائح عامة والإجابة عن جميع الاستفسارات الواردة من قبل المتطوعين والمهتمين.
