ورشة عمل اتجاهات_معاصرة_في_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية

قدم الدكتور #منير_عباس #رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية محاضرة بعنوان #أهمية_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية_في_القطاع_العام في#وزارة_النفط.
امتدت الورشة لثلاث أيام من 7 إلى 9 آذار 2022 – في مبنى شركة الفرات للنفط – وبحضور متميز من مدراء وموظفي وزارة النفط والشركات العاملة فيها. تم خلال الورشة عرض أهمية الموارد البشرية والاهتمام بها في القطاع العام وضرورة التشارك والتعاون بين القطاعين لما فيه فائدة في تطوير العنصر البشري في القطاع العام والاستفادة من التدريب المتميز الذي حصل عليه العاملون في شركات النفط والعمل على نقل المعرفة من خلال ورشات عمل مشتركة وستكون الجمعية صلة الوصل بما يخص ورشات العمل والتدريبات الخاصة ببناء قدرات العنصر البشري. وفي نهاية الورشة تم الإجابة على كافة الأسئلة التي طرحها المشاركون.
