بالتعاون مع الشريك الاستراتيجي سيرياتيل، قدمت المدربة ثراء العقلة ورشة تدريبية نوعية بعنوان “مهارات التواصل”؛ لمتطوعي مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية والجمعيات الشريكة من تاريخ 21/5/2023 وحتى 23/5/2023.
🕯️حيث قدمت المدربة خلال الورشة؛ مهارات التواصل المباشر كطريقة كتابة البريد الإلكتروني، وغير المباشر مثل لغة الجسد والتي تلعب دوراً كبيراً في إيصال المعلومات.
🕯️كما سلطت أ. ثراء الضوء على مهارات الاستماع الفعال والتغذية الراجعة نظرا لدورهما الكبير في تحقيق تواصل ناجح بالإضافة إلى توضيح طريقة نقل المعلومة وكيفية فك تشفيرها بشكل صحيح.
