🕯️ قدم الأستاذ أسامة لازيني الجلسة التدريبية النوعية “مقابلة العمل الناجحة” في مقر مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية بتاريخ 13/5/2023.
🕯️ بدأ المدرب جلسته بعرض خطوات التوظيف في الشركات. كما تبحر في أهم الأساسيات الواجب تحضيرها قبل المقابلة وعن أنواع المقابلات بالإضافة لذكر أكثر الأسئلة الشائعة في مقابلات العمل .. وبختام الورشة؛ شارك المتطوعون في نشاط جماعي يتعلق بكيفية الإجابة عن سؤال نقاط القوة والضعف.
🕯️يذكر أن هذه الجلسة تندرج ضمن برنامج “بناء قدرات المتطوعين” الذي أطلقته المؤسسة لمتطوعيها ضمن سلسلة متنوعة من الورشات التدريبية التي تغطي مواضيع مختلفة.
