قامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية ورشة تدريبية بعنوان ” الاستقطاب والاختيار ” التي قدمها الاستاذ أسامة لازيني نائب رئيس مجلس الأمناء
حيث بدأ الأستاذ أسامة بمقدمة عن إدارة الموارد البشرية عقبها بتعريف الاستقطاب ومصادره الداخلية والخارجية ثم ذكر كيفية فلترة السير الذاتية للمتقدمين بناء على المؤهلات العلمية والعملية تلاها كيفية تجهيز أسئلة لمقابلة العمل وتم التنويه على أنواع المقابلات وكيفية إجرائها.
يذكر أن هذه الورشة ضمن “برنامج بناء القدرات” الذي انطلق في شهر نيسان .
