◇ أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية ورشة تدريبية بعنوان “الإرشاد المهني” في تاريخ 26/4/2023 والتي قدمها الدكتور منير عباس لمتطوعي المؤسسة والجمعيات الأهلية الشريكة.
◇ حيث تناول الدكتور عباس عدة مواضيع هامة حول الاختيار المهني ابتداء من تحليل الشخصيات من خلال اختبار MBTI، مع تعريف أنواع الشخصيات وما يلائمها من مهن محددة لتحقيق الاستفادة المطلوبة، كما تم تقديم العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية التعليمية وعدد من مواقع فرص العمل الخارجية التي تطور مهارات الأفراد وتصقل خبراتهم.
◇ يذكر بأن هذه الورشة تأتي ضمن برنامج بناء قدرات المتطوعين الذي أطلقته المؤسسة في التاسع من نيسان الجاري، ويستمر ضمن سلسلة متنوعة من الورشات التدريبية والتي تغطي مواضيع متنوعة.
