#نشاط_الطاولة_المستديرة يستضيف #ندوة حول #أهمية_التأمينات_الاجتماعية للعامل ولأصحاب العمل وماهو جديد قانون العمل والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
أقامت #جمعية_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية ضمن نشاط#الطاولة_المستديرة ندوة بعنوان #ماهو_الجديد_في_التأمينات_الاجتماعية_وقانون_العمل وبحضور شركة #سيريتل الشريك الاستراتيجي للجمعية ومدراء الموارد البشرية في كبرى الشركات السورية في مختلف الصناعات والقطاعات وأساتذة جامعيين وأصحاب أعمال ومدراء من مختلف أقسام الشركات وأعضاء الجمعية من مختلف الفئات وطلاب جامعيين من مختلف الدرجات العلمية ومتطوعي الجمعية وكادرها الإداري وبحضور الإعلام المرئي والمسموع والمكتوب.
أدار الندوة رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية د. منير عباس وكان المتحدثون الخبراء: الدكتور ركان ابراهيم – معاون وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل سابقاً
والسيد أيمن المدني – معاون مدير عام مؤسسة التأمينات الاجتماعية
والسيدة سلام شرف – مدير التخطيط والتعاون الدولي في مؤسسة التأمينات الاجتماعية.
تناول المتحدثون الجديد في قانون العمل والتعديلات المطروحة و الجديد في قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية ومزايا القانون 28 لعام 2014 وأهمها إجاز لكل عامل يعمل لحسابه الخاص الاشتراك عن نفسه لدى مؤسسة التامينات وسمخح بازدواجية الاشتراك لدى المؤسسة في حال عمل العامل لدى أكثر من صاحب عمل واحتساب المعاش الأفضل وتعويض من دفعة واحدة للخدمة الثانية، وإمكانية ضم التأمينات في سورية لتأمينات العامل خارج سورية بما يخص الدول الموقعة على اتفاقيات مشتركة مع المؤسسة في سورية.
وبعد الانتهاء من عرض محاور الندة قام المتحدثون بالإجابة المباشرة على أسئلة السادة الحضور مما أغنى الندوة بالكثير من الفائدة ووعد المتحدثون أعضاء الجمعية أن يجبيوا على كافة الاسئلة بشكل مكتوب ليتم نشرها من قبل الجمعية لتعميم الفائدة على الجميع ويتم ذلك بأن ترسل الأسئلة إلى إيميل الجمعية ihrmsy@gmail.com ويتم تجميعها وإرسالها للإجابة عليها ومن ثم نشرها على موقع الجمعية لتعميم الفائدة.
وفي نهاية الندوة قام د. منير عباس رئيس الجمعية بتسليم شهادات شكر للسادة المتحدثون وقدمت شركة #مكي مشكورة كداعم للنشاط هدايا عينية من منتجاتها إلى السادة المتحدثون. وبعدها تم افتتاح استراحة الكوفي بريك بدعم من شركة #مكي وتداول السادة الحضور الأحاديث والأسئلة مع السادة المتحدثون.
في النهاية تشكر الجمعية كل من ساهم بإنجاح هذه الورشة وتخص بالذكر الشريك الاستراتيجي للجمعية شركة سيريتل الراعي الذهبي وأيضا تشكر شركة #مكي وأيضا الشكر الخاص لمتطوعين الجمعية لعملهم المتميز.
