متابعة التدريبات من برنامج “مقدمة إلى إدارة الموار البشرية“
في مركز تدريب وتطوير الكفاءات التابع لجمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية

وكان من أهم محاور الجلسة التدريبية التي قدمها الأستاذ أسامة لازيني :
مسح الأجور والتعويضات 

اختيار الوظائف المعيارية,

وطرح أيضاً أهم النماذج لحساب الوسطي الموزون للوظائف المعيارية وتحدّث أيضاً عن سلم الرواتب بنظام الفئات

وأضاف الأستاذ أسامة لازيني في الجلسة التدريبية تعريف مصفوفة العوامل التعويضية

، وكان هناك الأمثلة العملية والعلمية التي ناقشها بدوره مع المتدربين وأجاب عن استفساراتهم وتعليقاتهم حول محاور الجلسة التي قدمها.
