الجلسة الخامسة من برنامج “مقدمة إلى الموارد البشرية” .
تحدثت فيه الأستاذة غادة :
■ في الجزء الأول عن التوظيف والإختيار حيث تم لعب أدوار عن المقابلات كمثال عملي شاركته مع المتدريبين


■ وبالجزء الثاني من الجلسة شرحت المدّربةغادة عن أهمية التدريب و التطوير للشركات و الأفراد و قدمت من خلالها بعض الاضاءات على تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية و التقنيات المتبعة في التدريب.


و أيضا شرحت الاستاذة غادة عن إدارة الأداء و تقييم الأداء.
و تم مناقشة العديد من الأمثلة العملية مع المتدربين من واقع العمل في الشركات.
