بالتعاون بين الجامعة السورية الخاصة ومؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية وشركة سيريتل الشريك الاستراتيجي للمؤسسة قدم الدكتور منير عباس رئيس مجلس أمناء المؤسسة والمدرس في كلية إدارة الأعمال في الجامعة مع السيدة رهام مرحبا مديرة التخطيط في إدارة رأس المال البشري في شركة سيريتل ثلاث محاضرات عملية بعنوان “تخطيط الموارد البشرية في الشركات” لطلاب كلية إدارة الأعمال يوم الثلاثاء 20 ديسمبر 2022 جمعت المحاضرات القسم النظري في آليات تخطيط القوى العاملة في الشركات قدمها وضحت خلالها السيدة رهام مرحبا التطبيق العملي لهذه الأليات في شركة سيريتل الرائدة في مجال الاتصالات وتخطيط الموارد البشرية وشرحت خلالها كيف تقوم سيريتل بالاهتمام بالعنصر البشرية من مرحلة التوظيف إلى توجيه العاملين إلى تخطيط مسارهم المهني وتوجيههم وتدريبهم وتطوير مهاراتهم متبعة بذلك أفضل الممارسات في إدارة الموارد البشرية. وكانت المحاضرات تفاعليه بين الطلاب والمحاضرين تم الإجابة على أسئلتهم بشكل كامل وتوضيح كيف يمكن تطبيق وظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية بشكل عملي في الشركات. كما قام فريق التوظيف في شركة سيريتل بتوضيح آلية التقدم لطلاب الكلية على فرص العمل والتدريب في شركة سيريتل وزودهم بالروابط الالكترونية للتقدم عليها. وفي نهاية المحاضرات التفاعلية الثلاث شكر الدكتور منير عباس بإسم الجامعة السورية الخاصة المحاضرة الضيف السيدة رهام مرحبا وهي خريجة من كلية إدارة الأعمال في الجامعة السورية الخاصة بتفوق لعام 2015 والشكر الكبير لشركة سيريتل وفريقها المتميز ولمؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية التي قدمت لإثنا عشر عاما ورشات عمل ومحاضرات تطوعية لطلاب الجامعة السورية الخاصة. كما تم توجيه الشكر لرئاسة الجامعة السورية الخاصة لما تبذله من جهود في ردم الفجوة بين الدراسة الأكاديمية للطلاب والتطبيق العملي في الشركات.
