We were honored at the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM) to welcome Dr. Raghdaa Zeidan, Assistant Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, to Job Gate 5️⃣.
During her visit, Dr. Raghdaa toured the event, explored the opportunities offered by participating organizations to job seekers, and met with a number of employers and HR managers.
She also took part in a panel discussion addressing the current state of the Syrian labor market and its key challenges, while listening to the perspectives and suggestions of employers and HR managers on the needs of the labor market and the importance of connecting talent with available opportunities.
