من مشاركة #جمعية_إدارة_الموارد_البشرية في ملتقى التوظيف (شباب طموح) خلال يومي الثلاثاء والأربعاء 27 – 28 /9/ 2022
في معهد دمشق المتوسط للتدريب المهني DTC التابع للأونروا.
وشارك في هذا الملتقى العديد من الشركات السورية الهامة التي قدمت لطلاب المعهد فرصا وظيفية كما حضر إفتتاح الملتقى عدد من الشخصيات الدولية والمحلية البارزة، وتضمّن الملتقى عرضا لإنجازات الطلاب ومشاريع التخرج.
وساهمت الجمعية في هذا الحدث من خلال التنويه لفرص التدريب الداخلي والتوظيف التي تقدمها على منصة jobgate بالإضافة لبرامجها التدريبية التخصصية المتنوعة وخدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المهني.
وتمّ تقديم بعض النصائح المتعلقة بكتابة السيرة الذاتية ومقابلة العمل لطلاب المعهد.
