تتضمن #مذكرة التفاهم 📑📑
تنظيم التعاون بين الفريقين على مبدأ المشاركة في تقديم الخبرات والتراخيص اللازمة والمقرات والتجهيزات والمحافظة على البيانات وتقديم خدمات الاتصال بالانترنت والربط الشبكي والاستضافة الالكترونية والتدريب والتأهيل والمنصات الأفتراضية لإطلاق الأعمال عليها بحسب اختصاصها، بما يحقق الفائدة للطرفين سواء بصيغة تبادل الخدمات أو توقيع عقود رسمية لاحقة بهذه المذكرة للخدمات المدفوعة.
بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التكامل بين الفريقين كما هو مبين في التزامات كل منهما بما يحقق أعلى فائدة من استثمار تقانات المعلومات والاتصالات لدعم تحقيق التحول الرقمي وخبرات التدريب والتأهيل بغية نشر استخدام الأساليب السليمة في مهنة إدارة الموارد البشرية وتأسيس وتقييم وتحديث معايير مهنة إدارة الموارد البشرية في سورية لتواكب المستويات الإقليمية والعالمية بالاستناد إلى كفاءة استخدام موارد الطرفين للوصول إلى الغاية المرجوة في مذكرة التفاهم
كما صرّح رئيس مجلس أمناء مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية الدكتور Munir Abas
أن المشاريع التدريبية وفق المذكرة شاملة لجميع المحافظات بالاستفادة من الانتشار الجغرافي للجمعية العلمية السورية للمعلوماتية 🌍
كما بين د.عباس أهمية التركيز على جيل الشباب والتحول الرقمي وتمكينهم للقيام بالأعمال الريادية الرقمية.
وكما أضاف رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية العلمية السورية للمعلوماتية المهندس #محمد_حسان_النجار، بأن مذكرة التفاهم تسهم في عملية تطوير المهارات ونشر الثقافة المعلوماتية، وبناء القدرات بالنظر إلى احتياجات الموارد البشرية للقطاعين العام والخاص.
