كان عنوانها قسم إدارة نظم المعلومات
حيث تعرف الطلاب على أهم المحاور في نظم المعلومات بداخل شركة سيرتيل وما هي اهم طرق الاوليه المستخدمة لهذه الانظمة وتطويرها،
وبنهاية الورشة قدم طلاب الجامعة بتقديم cv الخاص بهم بهدف نيلهم تدريب داخل سيرتيل،
