قدم #الدكتور_منير_عباس رئيس مجلس إدارة الجمعية يومي تدريب عملي لطلاب المعهد الوطني للإدارة في مركز المعهد وفي مقر جمعية إدارة الموارد البشرية الثلاثاء والخميس 8 و 10 آذار 2022 وامتد التدريب لأكثر من عشر ساعات بمشاركة متدربي الدفعة 19 في INA وذلك عملاً بأهداف الجمعية” #بناء_الروابط_الأكاديمية مع الجامعات والكليات والمعاهد التي تدرس اختصاص إدارة الموارد البشرية وتقوية العلاقات مع طلاب وخريجين الجامعات السورية” وقد شارك في التدريب أكثر من 35 متدرب واتسم التدريب بأمثلة عملية وتطبيقات من الواقع في الشركات لوظائف إدارة الموارد البشرية وتم الإجابة على استفسارات الطلاب وإعطاء وظائف عملية لهم ليتم تصحيحها والتأكد من قدرتهم على التعامل مع حالات واقعية.
بدوره #المدرب_الدكتور_منير_عباس أضاف “إن الجمعية تقوم دائما بتشجيع #التشاركية_كعنوان_للنجاح من خلال ورشات عمل وبرامج تدريبية تربط بين الواقع العملي والأكاديمي وتحقق التشبيك مع معاهد القطاع العام ومثيلاتها في القطاع الخاص والجمعيات الأهلية لاستمزاج تجربة حقيقية واقعية تفيد المتدربين في التعرف على آليات تطبيق المعلومات الأكاديمية التي يحصلون عليها في الواقع العملي.
وفي نهاية يوم التدريب تم أخذ المتدربين بجولة اطلاعية لمقر الجمعية والتعرف على خدماتها المقدمة إلى الطلاب والمتدربين والباحثين عن عمل من إرشاد مهني إلى التقدم إلى فرص عمل حقيقية
وشكر الدكتور عباس إدارة المعهد والقائمين على هذا النشاط وأخبر المتدربون بأن خدمات الجمعية متاحة لهم ولكل زملائهم في أي وقت
وتم أخذ صور تذكارية بعد انتهاء الكوفي بريك في مقر الجمعية
