سعيا منها لبناء قدرات متطوعيها وتنمية مهاراتهم.. أقامت مؤسسة إدارة الموارد البشرية أولى جلسات تدريبها النوعي “المبادرات المجتمعية” بتاريخ 15/4/2023 والذي قدمه أ. فراس حمادة .
◇ حيث تعرف المتطوعون في اليوم الأول على مفهوم المبادرة المجتمعية ومدى تشابه مكوناتها مع مكونات المشروع كما تعرفوا على أنواع الاحتياجات المجتمعية وطرق قياسها.
◇ وتم اختتام اليوم الأول بتطبيق عملي عن احتياجات المناطق السكنية المحلية التي يقطن بها المتدربون.
◇ وسيستمر التدريب على مدى ثلاثة أيام ؛ حتى يتمكن المتطوعون من إطلاق مبادرات مجتمعية هادفة ذات أثر إيجابي.
